Black Label Requirements
We have no K/D requirement We're not only here to play but to learn to play better. Everyone has an opportunity to grow and we hope to facilitate that.
Must have a mic communication is key to be successful
Must have valid email or instant messager if things happen we need to get in contact
Register on our forums AND website at www.blacklabelclan.com We are highly active on our own forums and your registration is a must
Be mature Age means nothing as long as you have maturity.
Be an ambassador Our code of conduct is stern as we value having a good reputation. You must operate through the forums and game as an ambassador of good will
Don't be a schmuck self explanatory

We will have a code of conduct. And everyone will abide by it. But in the end, it's all about fun, friendship, being competitive and gaming with like minded people who just want to play. Here is the official code of conduct in the Black Label website. If you are seen in violation of these rules you can and most likely will be cut immediately

Black Label Rules and Guidelines

No cheating – This means glitching and/or lagging on purpose. If seen by a leader you may be cut immediately.

No Spawn Killing – Our definition of spawn killing is basically in a ctf holding the opposition's flag and camping at their spawn point for cheap kills.
In a meltdown part of the strategy is to contain them to their base. Once they make initial contact or an aggressive move you should respond with vigor. This example is Resistance specific but can be implemented in many games.

We always report a loss in a gamebattle situation -- If a major issue of cheating by the opposing team is occurring we will leave and issue a ticket. Otherwise we report the loss directly after the game. Not the next day.

We take the high road at all times -- If a clan member or another clan/individual is causing trouble, report them immediately to a member of the leadership. Don’t belittle yourself by getting involved if you can possibly avoid it. If it is absolutely necessary notify a leader of the issue. We will back each other up always.

Be proactive – Register and post in our forums both on myres and our private forums. Share ideas and strategies. Look for potential recruits or gbs and notify a leader.

Speak up – If there is a problem I can correct it. I won’t be able to if I don’t know about it.

Act mature – No matter what the age. While it’s fun to chatter and be crazy and sing realize it does annoy people. When it’s time to be serious be serious.

NO multi clanning -- We want dedicated members, how can you be dedicated when there is a conflict of interest?

Be a cut above -- Don't get involved in petty arguments, flame wars, or any random B.S. that may occur. Be humble.

Treat your fellow teammates and opponents with respect -- This includes being courteous. In games with spawn pads for weapons and a teammate is close by and calls for a specific weapon, give priority to that person. If you are using a mic: Realize that somethings are annoying, i.e. playing music over the headset, singing, and general acting like an idiot. Realize that your actions reflect on the rest of us, make us shine in the best possible light.

We're human, we're not perfect -- In the invite trouble does arise for whatever be the reason, handle through personal messages or another means of resolving the situation quietly. DO NOT let it spill out into the public.

Remember, there IS a chain of command -- Follow the hierarchy of leadership. If you are a RFOM gamer, if possible, clear the situation with the RFOM leader BEFORE you talk to an overall co-leader or the overall leader. After that talk to the overall co-leader of your choosing, if that doesn't yield results then take it up with the leader.

List of Offenses and Their Consequences
We will be using a 10pt system in terms of discipline now. If a member gets to 10 pts he/she WILL BE DISMISSED FROM BLACK LABEL. Points are awarded for behavior that goes against the XX guidelines. Members will be contacted by a leader that their attitude/behavior is not acceptable, and will need to be altered. Points will be taken away as a questionable member continues to act in accordance with the established guidelines.

Do not ask for a leadership role -- Earn it by following the guidelines and being a team player. If you shine, the leaders will notice.

These rules are here to help guide us through while being attentive to any problems that may arise. I’d suggest that if you have a guideline or rule issue or addition speak with a leader or post it. Everyone here has equal say. We all will shape this clan into whatever we want it to be. Remember that we will hold ourselves to a higher standard than others and will show and prove what can be done if your motives and desire to succeed are on point with your team.

Lastly, tryouts? Friends and family are always welcome. If interested contact a member and they will get you in touch with recruiting. IF YOU ARE TRULY INTERESTED IN JOINING YOU MUST REGISTER AND POST SUCH ON OUR FORUMS.

We are active on multiple games and platforms. We gamebattle though we do NOT make it a priority.

Practices will become regular and attendance is a must for anyone wishing to participate in gamebattles. Benefits of practicing are obvious but:
1. Map familiarization.
2. Playing with clanmates and learning to work together.
3. Getting better and helping your team get better.

We have 80 members on several games for PS3 with representatives on PC. We have a XX EU group for those in the GMT time zone. They are the only ones recruiting as of now. Black Label Evolution is up and running as well. They are the OFFICIAL XX paintball team. capone and forsight run that show.

Not to sound rude or anything, but if members choose not to follow these rules, they are subject to termination. If you make Black Label look bad, we will boot you. I, personally, will give a full thorough investigation and talk to the other leaders regarding every single situation that occurs. Again, the final decision will always come from Jueboy.

BTW, happy 4th, have a great time. i'm going to a party tonight. Very Happy

I 100% agree with Sinema. I trust the leaders of this group enough that I'd stand behind whatever decision. We'll try to take a democratic approach but any leader could cut you on the spot.

Okay, enough harshness from me. I'm at work for the 4th everyone drink one for me. Very Happy
